- Enrollment fees cover application processing, class supplies, material, and technology.
- Enrollment fees are required to reserve your child’s seat.
- Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Enrollment fees can be paid using Credit Card directly when submitting the enrollment form.

Age Requirements
We follow Loudoun County age requirements, which specify the following age criteria for each grade:
- Preschool: 3 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Pre-K:4 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Kindergarten (KG): 5 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Grade 1: 6 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Grade 2: 7 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Grade 3: 8 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.
- Grade 4: 9 years old on or before September 30 of the registration year.

Uniform Guidelines
All Quba Center Preschool and Elementary School students must wear their uniforms daily, Monday through Thursday. NO UNIFORM REQUIREMENTS ON FRIDAY.
- BOYS: Dark navy pants (any material, i.e., jeans, khakis, formal, etc.), dark green collared shirt (i.e., polo or formal), Velcro sneakers.
- GIRLS: Dark navy pants or ankle-length skirts or ankle-length dresses (any material, i.e., jeans, khakis, formal, etc.), dark green long-sleeve collared shirt (i.e., polo or formal), Velcro sneakers. No leggings allowed.
